Spalted Curly Maple Side Table

My miller (and mentor!) often tosses a few odds and ends into the back of my truck before I leave. I found these two pieces there one day, and I immediately saw they were bookmatched. The stark, organic lines of the spalting contrasts beautifully with the pale maple, and the extreme curly figure throughout gives this table an utterly unique look.
