Walnut and Sapele Bedframe

A few years ago, my wife showed me a picture of a bedframe on Facebook marketplace, with a distinctive design of interlocking circles on the headboard. "Could you make something like this?" She asked. 

Turns out I could! This bedframe is one of the coolest things I've ever made, and it's incredible to be able to sleep on it every night! The bulk of the frame is made from sapele, an exotic hardwood with incredible color and almost iridescent grain. The interlocking circles are made of walnut, perfectly complementing the sapele, and the four posts even have some light hand-carving, the first I'd ever attempted.
